IVAGO, with the support of the City of Leuven and Fair Resource Foundation, wants to set up a circular chain for reusable catering materials for takeaway and delivery meals in Ghent and Leuven. According to the project partners, a transition in this sector can only come about through a chain approach in which all links are aligned. That is why, through a co-creation process with the catering industry and market players, they want to arrive at a reuse concept at scale whereby the material itself, transport, return, washing up, etc. are considered. In each of the cities, a different variant of the concept will be tested in order to compare two systems.
