Modular and Circular Living with Unit-y: Sustainable and Waste Free

What if living could be both modular and circular, with a limited impact on the environment? Unit-y aims for a positive change in how we live with their prefab timber frame construction. With a focus on reuse and repurposing of homes, they develop units that can be assembled and disassembled without extra waste or new materials.

With over 20 years of experience in carpentry, the team behind Unit-y has laid a solid foundation to develop high-quality, functional living units themselves. Whether you are looking for a compact residence, an extensive family home, or an innovative space for commercial use: the possibilities are numerous.

The prefab homes are entirely made of timber frames, in such a way that they can also be fully dismantled without waste. The homes can be identically reassembled at another location without using any extra material. Due to the simple construction, the units can also be built faster than traditional homes. Additionally, the timber provides a lighter building structure and improves energy efficiency due to its higher insulation value. And, of course, aesthetics matter too. Alongside a beautiful green wall, the homes are also finished to a high standard.

You actually need nothing for the homes of Unit-y, except the space to place them and an extension cord and garden hose to connect them. Living, but different!
