Annual Conference Circular Economy Stakeholderplatform

Van 22 tot 23 april 2026 zullen beleidsmakers, vertegenwoordigers uit de industrie en de gemeenschap rond de circulaire economie bespreken hoe de concurrentiekracht van Europa kan worden versterkt door duurzame circulariteit in alle economische sectoren te verankeren. Het evenement vindt plaats in het Charlemagne-gebouw van de Europese Commissie in Brussel, België.

This year's Annual Conference will take place on 22-23 April in Brussels. The title will be A competitive and fair circular Europe: The ambition at the heart of the single market and the event will focus on the upcoming Circular Economy Act. 

The first day will feature sessions organised by the European Commission and will be oriented towards policy, while the second day will be organised by the European Economic and Social Committee and will be geared more towards implementation on the ground. 

Our energetic new Coordination Group will be involved in both days, particularly day 2 when they will shape and take part in the sessions.

As always, it will be a great opportunity to meet other circular economy practitioners and find out more about current and future legislation governing the circular economy and the challenges and opportunities involved in putting it into practice.
