Innoveren en ondernemen
mensen die aan het plannen zijn

Our economy and industry primarily work according to a linear model: we take raw materials from nature, turn them into products and sell them. After being used, they end up as waste. This approach has worked for a long time, but it is now reaching its limits.

Time for a radically different model: the circular economy.

The conditions for implementing such a big change? Innovation and entrepreneurship. That's why, through the strategic lever of innovation and entrepreneurship, we are getting behind the transition to a circular economy.

Green Deal Renting and Sharing

The Flemish government is getting behind initiatives to make businesses and sectors green. One approach is with Green Deals: voluntary, ambitious agreements between companies, organisations and the government to achieve sustainable actions in the short term.

The Green Deal Renting and Sharing is the 14th green deal supported by the Flemish government. The foundation? Four powerful pillars: open networks, pathways and workshops, research and collaboration with policy makers. This includes sharing knowledge and actively working on innovation and policy making that promote circular business models.

Let's move forward together
