Reusable packaging for dishes within the delivery/take away ecosystem

The mission of spaghetti chain BAVET is to bring people together around a delicious bowl of spaghetti, in their restaurants or at home via Deliveroo, among others. The downside of this home experience is the amount of disposable packaging and associated carbon footprint involved. As both project partners highly value sustainable entrepreneurship, through this project they want to implement reusable packaging within the 'Delivery' and 'Take-away' flow, in cooperation with an external logistics partner. Besides the ecological impact, they also hope to achieve a logistically working system, an appropriate revenue model and a changed consumer attitude.
