Development and implementation of reusable pizza box

With this project, the project partners aim to develop and implement a reusable pizza box. Every year, 4 billion cardboard pizza boxes are thrown away worldwide after a short lifespan. Recycling is often difficult due to pollution and there is also the perception that cardboard is environmentally friendly while its production has a large environmental impact. This project could create impact on both fronts (waste and perception). By focusing heavily on removing logistical and administrative bottlenecks, they aim to make the use of reusable packaging feasible and user-friendly for all types of consumers and pizza shops.
