Refilling concept for detergents

Ecover and Delhaize joined forces to create a refill concept for detergent filling at the point of sale. With this project, they want to optimise consumer refilling to reach a broad group of shops and consumers. The project partners do this by focusing on convenience for the consumer (intuitive, fast, no spillage) and for the retailer (no waste, minimal cleaning and maintenance and fast replenishment). In this way, they aim to make refilling a scalable and profitable business case and save even more plastic and CO². Additionally, they hope to inspire other retailers to adopt refill on a larger scale.
