BORRO is a reusable packaging system for take-out and delivery meals. Borro's focus is on making the transition from single-use to reusable packaging by consumers and restaurants as accessible as possible. To achieve this, the partners are betting on (1) a cashless deposit system, (2) an extensive network of collection points, (3) the ability of restaurants to exchange packaging among themselves to minimise the amount of packaging in circulation and (4) a flexible digital system that can be easily adapted to different situations.
