Children's and maternity wear have only a short useful life under the conventional consumption model. Investing in buying sustainable and good-quality children’s and maternity wear is not financially attractive to young (future) parents. The Brussels-based company Tale Me has therefore come up with a subscription format for a renewable and adapted wardrobe. Depending on the type of subscription, you can choose three or five unique items of clothing, which you can then exchange once every two months (children’s clothes) or once a month (maternity wear) for new items. The driving force behind the concept, Anne Balez designs her own collections but also works with other designers. All these items are produced locally in Belgium, France and Portugal.
